Good things come to those who wait, and allotments are a prime example of this. Waiting for sun; waiting for rain; waiting for seedlings to emerge; waiting for fruit to ripen. Yes, there is nowhere better to pass the time than on your allotment. Modern living, with its hectic pace and cramped populations is forced to take a back seat as the fresh air, bird song and gentle, purposeful exercise do their work.

So how do you make a good thing better? With excellent company, of course, and this is where Pershore Allotment Association comes in. As each allotment is but one small part of the wider picture, so each member is a valuable part of our community.

Even as allotment holders work to maintain their own plots, Pershore Allotment Association is also working hard to ensure a sustainable future for the allotment site and to provide valuable - and often invaluable - services to allotmenteers.
